While watching the news on Obamacare

  • Me:

But they voted on it, so it is the law of the land.

  • Dad:

Well the big topic when Obamacare passed, it passed without any republican votes, and most of the democrats who passed it didn't read it all the way through.

  • Me:

So it's kinda like when Lincoln won without any southern votes, minus the war?

  • Dad:

yeah. That's why no one can fully explain what it's about

  • Me:

  • Me:

I'm moving to Canada, at least they have their shit together

  • Dad:

    No they don't

  • Me:

Um free healthcare, human rights, and they don't seem to be doing too badly economically.

  • Dad:

... It's fucking cold up there

  • starbucks cashier:

    how can i help you

  • me:

i summon hazelnut latte in attack position. i activate the magic card "size grande" and apply it to my coffee. hazelnut latte allows me to special summon a cheese danish from the dessert section and set it in defense position. i set credit card face down and end my turn.

Same anon about marriage. What happened with school and stuff? or what are you doing with that? Im in my second year of college which my parents pay for but as soon as we are married they will stop paying. That is really the only think holding me back. Im nervous about my education I guess.

Military wives get benefits for college so they pay for your college and you can get a 15,000 dollar grant just by doing easy things. I’m in college right now.

I am young in my teens. But I truly believe I'm in love. He is not yet officially in the military. He still has to swear in then go through basic. He has joined the army to become an Infantry man. Its something he has wanted to do forever. I wont want him to do anything else or even be with anyone else. I know its not easy I was just wondering how you deal with it... how you deal with the lonely nights... just advice you could give to me Thank you!

Lonely nights are a pain, and it’s not easy to go through them. But try to keep yourself busy all day every day to help ease the sadness. I hate having my husband away a lot and it’s tough for a while but it’s only 8 weeks and if he loves it then you shouldn’t stop him. You can always write letters and when he’s in boot camp he’s really gonna need a few letters. Hope I can help some more(: just ask

What are your thoughts on getting married at a young age? And what did your parents think about you getting married so young? were the negative at all? I am 19 and preparing to get married to my soldier, but my parents hate the idea because im to "young". So I'm curious what it was like for you

My parents didn’t agree at all, but to be honest my love for my husband was so strong that I didn’t care what they thought. I mean I know that it’s hard because you want your family to agree. Well they said the same thing. “You’re too young” “you’re making a mistake getting married so young” when it isn’t up to them to make the decision it you. I believe that he and ill stay together for ever and it will all me amazing. We are still happily married and have been for a year(: go for it girl. Do what your heart tells you, don’t worry what people say. Because if you truly love him; what people say shouldn’t matter(:
